01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77hb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77hb website at https://77hb.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through it.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the 77hb platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 77hb platform.

77hb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 77hb, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, arcade and crash games, the multi-bet feature, and any promotional or loyalty programmes.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 77hb platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of them before registering or using any service on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or conducting transactions on 77hb.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 77hb or any of its software and content providers.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and at any subsequent verification request.

77hb may at any time request identity documents to verify your age, identity, or the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect all players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Self-Declaration of Eligibility

By registering an account, you self-declare that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 77hb relies on this self-declaration in good faith but reserves the right to conduct independent verification at any time. Any false declaration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 77hb platform. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or from the same device — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password of your choosing. The mobile number provided will be used for two-factor authentication and account recovery. You must ensure that the mobile number remains active and accessible throughout your use of the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77hb staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify [email protected] immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected breach promptly and in writing. 77hb accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or linked payment method — you must update your account information promptly. 77hb may withhold withdrawals if account details are found to be inaccurate or unverifiable.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 77hb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77hb supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the platform's payment section.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 77hb account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected, depending on the processing time of the sending institution.
• 77hb does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by the payment provider are outside 77hb's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits may only be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• 77hb reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full verification.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77hb offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 77hb explicitly states otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion.
• 77hb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have already been credited, the relevant wagering requirements will still apply to any bonus funds already received.

Abuse of Promotions

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other accounts, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk bets designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended. 77hb's bonus integrity team monitors all promotional usage and takes action on any patterns that suggest abuse.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77hb platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the market is void due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., event cancellation, technical error resulting in incorrect odds).
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in at the moment of confirmation. Any subsequent change to market odds does not affect confirmed bets.
• 77hb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
• Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes the ICC, BCB (Bangladesh Cricket Board), BCCI, and other recognised authorities depending on the competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs (cricket), settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as stated in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators provided by the respective game studios. 77hb has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by market, event, and account status.

Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement time by contacting [email protected] with your account username, the relevant bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. 77hb will investigate and respond within 24 hours. The platform's decision on disputed settlements is final and binding.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 77hb, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any point during or after registration.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account that duplicates your own.
• Using any software, bot, script, macro, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Exploiting any technical bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the 77hb platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards any member of the 77hb support team or any other user of the platform.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted section of the platform.

77hb actively monitors platform activity for signs of the above conduct. Where prohibited behaviour is detected, 77hb reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspension of betting access, freezing of account balances, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

08 Account Suspension, Closure & Self-Exclusion

77hb may suspend or close a player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reason to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 77hb account voluntarily, contact [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable checks. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

77hb supports responsible gaming through a formal self-exclusion programme. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 77hb will also suppress any marketing communications to your registered contact details for the duration of the exclusion.
